📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations including inventory control, sales tracking, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Train and mentor new employees to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in the preparation of sales and financial reports.,Participate in store events and activities to enhance customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
