Toko Dewi Health Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. Your ability to create engaging and effective training materials will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Create and distribute training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and mentor staff.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training needs are met.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's training and development strategy.,Provide support to staff during training sessions and address any questions or concerns.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other relevant software.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
