In this role, you will greet guests, assist with bookings, and provide information about our spa services. You will also be responsible for upselling treatments and products, using your knowledge of our offerings and your ability to build rapport with clients. Daily, you will interact with a diverse range of people, making this role both challenging and rewarding. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests to the spa, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Assist with booking appointments and treatments, using our in-house booking system.
• Provide information about our spa services and products, answering any questions guests may have.
• Upsell treatments and products to increase revenue, using your knowledge of our offerings and your ability to build rapport with clients.
• Handle cash transactions and manage our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is always welcoming and professional.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring we have adequate stock of products and supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a positive experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a spa or beauty setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
• Strong sales skills, with the ability to upsell treatments and products effectively.
• Familiarity with booking systems and point-of-sale systems, such as Square or Toast.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
