Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Insurance Claim Head to lead our Employee Benefit Insurance After Sale team. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee both the Data and Claim teams, ensuring efficient processing of health insurance claims and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. As the Health Insurance Claim Head, you will manage a team of professionals who handle data entry, verification, and claim processing. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and policyholders to resolve claim discrepancies and ensure timely payments. With a salary range of Rp 15,000,000 - Rp 25,000,000 per month, this role provides a competitive remuneration package along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the Data and Claim teams to ensure efficient processing of health insurance claims.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and policyholders to resolve claim discrepancies.
Monitor claim processing times and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
Lead team meetings and provide guidance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Manage the team's workload and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Develop and implement training programs for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in health insurance claims management.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and insurance-specific software such as ClaimWorks or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Certification in health insurance claims processing is a plus.
