Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve departmental goals,Leading and motivating a team of employees to ensure high performance,Managing budgets and resources to ensure financial efficiency,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations,Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment,Providing guidance and support to team members for professional development,Representing the department in meetings with senior management and other stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving departmental goals,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
