📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Identify and address any operational issues or bottlenecks.,Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong knowledge of operational procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the industry.,Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
