📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to meet sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
