Rumah Sakit Oka Bakery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Kuta, Bali. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including production, quality control, and inventory management.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and train a team of employees to ensure they are performing at their best.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote our products and services.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
