In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with HR and other departments to align training initiatives with business goals,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities,Leverage technology to enhance the learning experience and engagement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Familiarity with e-learning and blended learning approaches
