📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs,Maintain and update job postings and company career pages,Provide feedback and guidance to recruitment team members,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English
