📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership and training to enhance performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and participate in store promotions and events to boost sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of employees.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.,Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
