Accor Nusantara is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer to join our team in Belawan. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, install, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in our hotels and resorts.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all electrical codes and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our electrical systems.
  • Train and mentor junior electrical engineers and technicians.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure the overall functionality and safety of our properties.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience with electrical system design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using electrical software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
