Cloud Space Indonesia is looking for a talented and motivated Junior HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll and attendance.,Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR manager and other HR staff.,Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all HR-related interactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide input on HR-related matters and contribute to the improvement of HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time-management skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in English (both written and spoken).,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
