📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate fleet activities to ensure efficient and safe operations,Manage and supervise drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and regulations,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to fleet operations,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and efficiency,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet operations,Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party service providers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Proficiency in English and local language,Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
