As a Micro Banking Relationship Officer in Bali, you will be at the heart of our microfinance operations, working closely with local communities to understand their financial needs and providing tailored solutions. You will use tools like Mandiri Online Banking and Mandiri Mobile to streamline transactions and enhance customer experience. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where your efforts directly impact the financial well-being of our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with microfinance clients in Bali.
Assist clients with financial products and services, focusing on microfinance solutions.
Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their financial needs and provide tailored advice.
Use Mandiri Online Banking and Mandiri Mobile to facilitate transactions and improve customer service.
Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their financial status.
Collaborate with the microfinance team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in microfinance.
Strong understanding of microfinance products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Mandiri Online Banking and Mandiri Mobile is a plus.
Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
