📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.,Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to improve performance and achieve business objectives.,Coordinate and supervise the work of the operations team, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Lead and mentor the operations team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.
