📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and travel arrangements.,Maintain and update customer and sales records in our CRM system.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of sales materials and equipment.,Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations to the management team.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.,Support the sales team in preparing for meetings, calls, and events.,Assist in the organization of sales events and trade shows.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all documents and files are properly filed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administrative or support role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience in a sales or business environment is a plus.
