Tanggung Jawab:
Provide strategic HR leadership and support to business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Partner with managers to design and deliver training and development programs for employees.Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, helping them grow and develop.Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances in a fair and timely manner.Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent.Monitor and analyze HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting diversity and equality.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
