📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.),Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos,Monitor and respond to comments and messages from followers,Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role,Proven ability to create and manage engaging social media content,Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social),Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
