📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of boiler equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair boiler systems when issues arise, using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for boiler operations.
• Collaborate with the team to implement improvements and upgrades to boiler systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and system performance data for record-keeping and analysis.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to junior staff and new hires.
• Participate in shift work as required to ensure continuous operation of the boiler systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Boilerman or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven knowledge of boiler systems, including steam generation, pressure control, and heat transfer principles.
• Certification in boiler operation and maintenance, such as NCCER or similar, is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to boiler operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including shift work and occasional overtime.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
