📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover outstanding debts through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and on-site visits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to credit retention.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Use SAP and Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on credit retention activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate debt collection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
