📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the development and implementation of financial strategies to support commercial operations in Bali.
• Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making for the commercial team.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure effective allocation of financial resources.
• Monitor and control financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
• Provide financial support to the commercial team, including pricing, cost analysis, and financial modeling.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial finance, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
