📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met
• Inspect construction sites to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures
• Train and mentor a team of skilled workers to maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Manage project documentation, including permits, schedules, and blueprints
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards in Bali
• Certification in Construction Site Management or a related field (e.g., OSHA, SHEQ)
• Proficiency in using construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
