📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of finance professionals in managing the financial operations of the motorbike manufacturing and distribution division.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial data entry and reconciliation using SAP and QuickBooks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
