📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Maintain and restock amenities such as towels, linen, soap, and toiletries.
• Inspect rooms for any damage or maintenance issues, reporting them to the front desk or maintenance team.
• Follow and adhere to strict housekeeping protocols and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily cleaning targets.
• Assist with special events and promotions, such as room turnovers and decorating for holidays.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new cleaning techniques and products.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment, supporting team members and guests alike.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet daily cleaning targets.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with hotel cleaning software and tools, such as Housekeeping Management Systems (HMS).
