📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze reports related to portfolio performance, including acquisition metrics, customer behavior, and risk analysis.
• Utilize tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel to extract, transform, and visualize data.
• Collaborate with the MIS team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the portfolio data.
• Provide regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Participate in data-driven decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
• Support the MIS team in implementing new data solutions and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus.
• Certification in data analysis or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
