📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement creative learning programs that align with the school's vision and curriculum.
• Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure high-quality arts education.
• Collaborate with artists, community partners, and stakeholders to create engaging and innovative learning experiences.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support their growth and development.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in arts education.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, exhibitions, and other arts-related events.
• Manage the school's budget for arts education programs and resources.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of arts education programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Arts Education, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in arts education, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian arts and culture.
• Experience in developing and implementing creative learning programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, artists, and community partners.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and educational databases.
• Certification in arts education or a related field is a plus.
