📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage payroll processing using SAP Payroll System and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
• Conduct regular cost analysis to optimize compensation structure and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement competitive and attractive employee benefits packages.
• Assist in the recruitment process by providing salary benchmarking and costing information.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports, providing insights and recommendations to the management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions.
• Provide training and support to employees on payroll-related matters.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration or compensation and benefits management.
• Proficiency in using SAP Payroll System and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
