🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial management, production planning, or a similar role in the specialty chemicals industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production processes and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance in the food and beverage sector.
